1. 14-Day Free Trial

All CleanScale plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.

  • Full access to all plan features during trial
  • No payment information required to start
  • Automatic reminder before trial ends
  • No obligation to continue after trial

2. Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with CleanScale after subscribing, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

  • Request a refund within 30 days of your first payment
  • Full refund, no questions asked
  • Applies to monthly and annual subscriptions

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@cleanscale.io with your account email
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Annual plans: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your annual term.

To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan in your CleanScale account, or email support@cleanscale.io.

5. Prorated Refunds (Annual Plans)

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period:

  • No prorated refunds for partial years
  • Access continues until end of paid term
  • You can downgrade to a lower plan at renewal

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes already in progress
  • Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period

7. Data After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your data is retained for 30 days after subscription ends
  • You can export your data at any time before deletion
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
  • You can request immediate deletion by contacting support
